Julio Montero, a native from the Canary Islands, is a master of the Latin American Harp.  "Arpa Rumba" is an exciting collection of traditional Latin American Harp musical pieces and some not-so-traditional Harp pieces that will delight any harp music lover as well as any just plain old good music lover.  Julio has traveled extensively all over the world and has studied with some of the greatest masters of the harp.
