Julio Montero began his professional music career in 1992 in Madrid, Spain.  He has successfully toured Europe, Japan, Mexico and the former Soviet Union, receiving numerous awards from both public and private institutions.  "Arpa Rumba", released in 2006, is Julio Montero's first CD in the USA and it's a great collection of Latin American songs that will delight any and every listener.
